I hate this. Being in an engineering college is like being in a nasty private boys' chat and I hate it. The commodification of girls is despicable. The fact that men see 'bandis' as prizes instead of people to build a relationship with is so disgusting?!?! Also the way they blatantly judge women based on their looks and think they can get away with a complete lack of personality because they belong to a renowned institution? The women they talk about in such a loathsome manner belong to the same institution and got there based on merit just like the guys. You haven't got conventionally attractive faces either or a personality for that matter, go fuck yourself for being so judgemental of people based on something so superficial such as their looks
just to be clear when im blogging about "yess im a girly girl in STEM!" i say that in complete solidarity with the NOT-girly girls in STEM, the gnc women in STEM, the nonbinary folks in STEM. it's not always a welcoming field for them either, and i will NEVER pit any of these groups against each other. we all belong.
